Window Sills

During the installation of a window unit, it is necessary to install both a flashing and a drip cap (canopy), which are made of metal with a protective polymer coating. The flashing is used to protect the wall beneath the window from weather conditions and gives a finished look to the window block. It is also often called an exterior windowsill. The drip cap (or canopy) is essentially the same as a flashing but is installed at the top of the window block.

“Panorama” offers custom-made plastic, aluminum, and polymer-coated (metal) flashings. Polymer-coated metal flashings are produced from sheet metal covered with a protective polymer layer. The protective coating is made from modern polymers, and these flashings are available in a wide range of colors.
